🧴 How to Use

Shake well before use to thoroughly mix the toner’s two layers. After cleansing, pour a suitable amount onto your palms or a cotton pad and gently apply over the face. Pat until absorbed.

For extra hydration, Beauty of Joseon also suggests soaking cotton pads with the toner and placing them on the skin as a toner mask for approximately 5 minutes.
